I used to own a copy. It is a handy reference. Now you can own the e-copy for FREE from TheWord.
Robertson highlighted a few keywords from each verse (of course, for some verses, he would have no entry as he saw nothing significant to comment on.) It is easy to use.
Basically, Robertson would point out some Greek grammar, and some background, not heavy at all on his interpretation. Therefore it is more a reference work than a common verse-by-verse expositional commentary.
